Making a gift by Beneficiary Designation is as easy as signing your name. You can simply list BirdLife International as a beneficiary, partial beneficiary or contingent beneficiary of your life insurance policies, donor-advised fund or retirement and investment accounts.​

Follow the steps below to make BirdLife International a beneficiary of your chosen account:​

Step 1: Ask for a beneficiary form from your bank or plan administrator. This form—not your Will—determines how assets are distributed after your lifetime.​

Step 2: List BirdLife International as a beneficiary or partial beneficiary using our business address. ​

If you are 70.5 or older and live in the United States use can your IRA required minimum distribution to further your legacy. You can transfer any amount up to $111,000 per year from your IRA directly to the BirdLife International. ​
